Mother Teresa

Mother Teresa lived 87 years and was involved with people who suffered from poverty. She is a symbol of selfless work and can be a good reference for us in our daily life. She believed in God and spent time to place Him at the centre of her works, when she wrote : “Whatever you do to the least of my brethren, you do it to me.” This sentence reflects the envy to follow a path filled with love and compassion for others. She wanted to be a light around her and even if she didn't behave like the others, she had something inside of her calling to do the good and not bad stuff. She went to Calcutta and familiarised herself with poverty, famine and she saw probably things which were terrible. Her famous other sentence : “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love" can be applied for us. Sometimes, we want to show off our talents and what we can do forgetting that small things and attention forms are important for those who surround us. At the end of her life, she decided to continue figthing for the poor and the needy even though she was suffering in her body, her aim didn't fall on the floor.

I have to say that her determination to help and give love around her inspires me, and her way of being different from the others too.

Be encouraged ! :-)
